Student Union and School of Performing ArtsA new build student union building housing bars,
offices and restaurant together with a media building,
having teaching and editing suites the school of
performing arts consisted of the refurbishment of
a listed building to house 3 conditioned performance
studios using displacement ventilation technology.

Pendleton College Salford New Teaching Building
A new 6900 M2 state of the art learning facility
housing a theatre, TV studio, editing suite, dance
studio, IT classrooms and full LRC facility. QED
have been retained to assist with the asset renewal
for the remaining college.

Salford College - LRC Building
A new build LRC teaching space and general teaching
class rooms with media editing suite. QED have been
retained to refurbish the new hair and beauty facility.

Ashton Teaching Media and Dance Facility
College
A new 3 storey facility to house the expansion of
the media studies and performing arts. The
building
comprises dance studios, editing suite, music practice
rooms and IT facilities. QED have been retained
to commence work on the phase 4 teaching block.
