Services - MOTO
When MOTO decided to build a new Motorway services
building at Birch Services they approached QED to
design. The M & E Services the building houses
a restaurant, kitchens, retail facilities and a
Burger King. All areas are individually controlled
to adapt to local environmental conditions. This
project now forms the blueprint for future MOTO
developments. |

Homebase Stores
QED Have acted for developer Liberty Properties
in the delivery of retail stores for Homebase. The
shell works comprise utility supplies complete Fitout
of the amity block and a sprinkler system throughout.

QED have been involved in a number of Glynn Webb
Stores to improve the internal environment. The
introduction of a comfort cooling system has allowed
an increase in sales area by the addition of a mezzanine
